Richard Doherty 

Richard brings over two decades of experience to the courtroom, having skillfully navigated both State and Federal legal systems. He’s an alumnus of the University of Illinois and earned his Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School

His extensive background includes litigating complex cases all the way through trial and subsequent appeals. He’s a seasoned advocate, having argued before a diverse range of courts, including the distinguished Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation.

Richard’s practice areas include critical aspects of consumer protection, employment law, and civil rights statutes. What truly sets him apart is his passion for assisting individuals with their most significant life investments.
